CSR (Customer Service Representative)
Our customer service representatives are the face of our company to both potential clients (leads) and our existing clients. Your day-to-day job will be to deal with all things customer related. One of the most important tasks is managing the customer ticketing system. A lot of the queries might be technical but we need somebody to organise them in terms of priority and assign the ticket(s) to the correct team member. Time management and organisational skills are second nature and our CSR's forte!
